You learn at a certain pace. Then that pace goes away. Then

you try and try to do everything you can. Then it gets harder.

Then you give up. Then its all over.

Hey there.

I've read a lot of your posts and I honestly wish I could make things better for you and although I can't I know that within time you can start to work around you issues and learn how to cope with things in a better and healthier way.

I don't have much to say If I am to be honest. But I want you to know that you are not alone. That people are there and they can and will help you if you reach out to them. You never ever have to be alone in this. You don't deserve to be alone but its down to you to reach out to people and get the help. If you're not getting help or talking to someone its something I really want to encourage you to do.

I know things are hard right now but you are worth so much more than this. You know just as much as I do that self harming won't help you for ever, that the urges will just come back. That its not permanent. You are stronger than self harm and you can go on to live your life with out self harm.

Also perhaps finding another healthier way to deal with your thoughts, emotions and urges may help. I know sometimes when I have felt bad I've used art. I'd get my paints out or make a collage and try to express myself and release my feelings that way. You could give that a shot. If not you could try sports like running or kick boxing or even something more like dancing. Writing can be a really good thing too. Perhaps try keeping a diary/journal where you can just let everything out. Or try writing poems and lyrics etc.

Just remember you are never alone in this and that people do care about you. Things can and will get better in time. It won't be like this for ever.

Stay strong, chin up.
Jessie.

aw i'm sorry hun. I hope you feel better. But there has to be something else you can do to occupy your time? tallk to someone? a friend? a therapist ? or something of that sort? or even us...but I wish i could just say don't do that and it would all get better. but i know it's not that easy. but there has to be something in this world that you love to do that can make you smile and occupy your time. I have faith in you. try it. try new t hings to occupy your time. writing? going outside? friends? i mean anything. there is lots of this in this crazy world we have.

Its great that you have a therapist thats really good. I hope that its helping to express your feelings? they are there to help and so are we. you can talk to us about anything. Remember you are worth more than self harm. Punish yourself by not self harming x i hope that you manage to stop.

I know its addictive and i know its hard, but you can do it, togetehr we will do it. were gonna break this cycle ok? , i cut too and i want to stop. moral support buddies right?

Do anything you can like distractions and reward yourself for the time you go without cutting, dont punish yourself if you relapse. your trying to stop and thats what matetrs most. it will be hard but you can and will do it.

Good luck, pm me if you need to talk xxx <3 pixie <3
