I just cut my wrist.
Usually I cut my hip so that nobody can see, but I missed the feeling of my razor against my wrist so much, and I lost control tonight.

Now I have to hide it from my parents, siblings and peers and I'm freaking out. I'm so anxious, it's killing me.

If my parents see, they'll know that I still cut and it will hurt them so much. If my peers see, they'll get on my back about going back to the school counsellor, which is something I really don't want to do :/

I don't really know why I'm posting, I guess I'm just really scared about the consequences of cutting on my wrist. I'm really damn scared.

PM me anytime, I love helping people and will do my best to help you <3

You could try putting a plaster over it and pretend you caught it on something while you were out? They wouldn't be able to see what it looks like underneath then and you could pretend it's smaller and less serious than it actually is?

Thank you for the suggestions guys. I can do that at home, but at school jewellery and wristbands and all that aren't permitted. If I plastered it, mum would be immediately suspicious, because she knows that self harming is apart of my past. Thank you all though, your ideas definitely help for when I'm at home

If your Mum knew that you used to self harm, wouldn't she be a good person to talk to now? I know it's not easy, but if she knew it would make things easier to talk about and she can support you if you told her that you still self harm. I'd encourage you to talk about it.

Hey there.

If you want to hide it then people have given some good suggestions previously. But I wanted to encourage you to talk to someone about it. Like Lex said, maybe your mum. If she's been supportive in the past I am sure she would now too. People care about you and its okay for you to admit that you're struggling a bit and reach out for help. You never have to be alone in this.

You're more than welcome to shoot me a PM if you need anything.
