Broke down - July 6th 2011, 06:07 AM

I was fine earlier today, I spent time with my family and thought it was going to be a good night, nope. something happened, i dont really know what, but i went downhill. I cut. it felt good. I don't think i can stop. ive tried, but I always come back to it. it just, i dont know. Cutting it's just an easy escape i can always count on.

I feel the same way dear. You are not alone ( as cheesy as that sounds) I did it too just the other day. It is a part of recovery. Build on it and learn from it. If you ever want to talk I am always here You can do this!!! <3

Hey there.

I am really sorry that you're feeling low at the moment. Truth is cutting is the easy way out which is why when you enter recovery you have to make a hell of an effort to not self harm which might mean you running miles a day, pacing up and down, snapping elastic bands and screaming in to a pillow but in the end when you have fought through it all and no longer need to rely on self harm your life will be so much better because you will be free of it and thats a really amazing place to be.
