i wanna cut again

no matter what i do, no matter who i talk to for help i feel like i really wanna cut again... this has been going on for several days... should i just do it to get the urge out of my mind? im still afraid to feel that cold razor inside my skin trying to let the pain flow out of me though... what should i do..

Please don't do it. As you know yourself, it doesn't make you feel better and it only adds to your problems. Please try the alternatives --> http://www.teenhelp.org/forums/f12-s...ves-self-harm/ . They will help you get through your urge. I know you cam do this. I have faith in you.

Hey there.

I'm really sorry things are so rough for you right now. It sounds like you are really struggling with self harm. I see the link to self harm alternatives has already been sent to you and I want to really encourage you to take a look at that list because there are things on there which will help.

I'm sorry this is a little late and I really hope that you managed to get through the night and that you are feeling a bit better today

i just hardly got through the night.. i still want to so badly and i looked through the alternatives and theres nothing i can really do to make this feeling go away... trying to keep the thoughts out of my mind gives me a weird feeling inside, and thinking about it scares me..

If you cut now your only going to want to do it agian. Trust me, Its not worth it. It makes it worse. Is there anyone you can talk to for help ?

I'm glad you didn't cut. I know its hard not too, especially after someone gets attached. Alternatives aren't the same. I usually tell my best friend that I want to before I do, and he usually talks me out of it. Try talking to somebody before you do it. Even getting on here and talking to somebody would probably work
