Triggering (Substances): Overdosed on Paracetamol/Tylenol, please help?

Long story short, I'm a rather unhealthy 17 year old guy. i'm 5"9-10 and weigh only 8st/50kg (I hope I worked it out right). My diet is shit. Last night for reason's I can't be bothered to explain, I took 5x500mg paracetamol/tylenol tablets (same thing people) on an empty stomach. I've just taken another 3 which brings me to 4000mg in under 24 hours. It's 1-2 tablets per 4-6 hours and 4 max a day so I'm basically over double the limit. I feel sick and I'm starting to sweat and my breathing is a bit heavier. My hearing's also gone really blury/buzy and there are slight pangs in my stomach. What do I do? I can't phone for help cause I don't want my phone tracked, I can't see a docotor because I don't wanna go to hospital. I actually can't go because my parents are away and they think i'm over my depression so if they find out I'm royally fucked.

What do I do? Don't say 'please visit a doctor your parents will understand' because there no way in hell i'm going to.

EDIT: It's an 80mg/kg ratio at the moment providing i don't take more (I have another 4000 mg left).

I also don't drink so maybe this'll compensate for any risk to my liver? I'm still unhealthu though and I'm starting to really feel the side effects.

I'm going to get a lot of shit for this, and I want to make it clear that I do not condone doing this and I am in no way suggesting that I am telling people this okay to do.

That being said, I've known plenty if people to take a full bottle of Tylenol without any serious effects other than obvious eventual liver damage. It wouldn't be a bad idea to see a doctor because you're having symptoms. I don't think making yourself throw up is a good idea, they suggest that with some ODs but it makes some a lot worse and I'm not sure which this would be.

So one person's told me to vomit and one's told me not to. I don't think I will as I don't want to risk choking to death on something and besides, if I took 5/8 of them roughly a day ago surely that's too far into my system to come back up?

On a side not, can you visit a doctor's clinic without leaving my name? And if they say you have to go to hospital, do you HAVE to or can you simple turn them down? I'm considering going yomorrow morning but i donmt want him or her to tell me that i've gtg yo hospital only for me tp say no and them to phone the police and forcibly take me there.

I'm really confuse right about now. Regarding my symptomns, the sweating has died dow but my chest feels tighter and breathing's harder and (this is embaradsing) I've just had epic diarrohea as my stomacj's majorly upset. ><

I am not sure about the laws I am fairly sure if you are a minor they are required to tell your parents. I am not entirely sure.

That rules out a trip to the doctor's then, guess i'll just have to endure it!

This is kinda weird my symptonms keep changing. Most have died down except for the breathing and sromach aches - byt now, there random pins and needles and strange pains in my arms/legs that arr hard to describe, i could be way off the mark but maybe it's due to veins being blocked or something? I imagine this is what that'd feel like. In a weird way, would other painkillers cure this, such a Neurophens and such?

What the hell is happenong, i'm really starting to get worried about all these things happening to me. ><

The only way to find out and do so safely is to go to the doctor. I KNOW you do not want to, but you seem to have a will to live and sometimes the doctor is the only one who knows.

What would happen if I finished off the rest of the bottle? That's another 8 tablets so it'd bring me to 7000mg in 48 hours. I'm seriously feeling rather shit at the moment (mentally and physically, my stomach's killing) and I just can't be bothered to put up with certain things right about now. ><

It'd push me to 140g/kg in my body right now, if that's of any importance.

Well, you'd feel like shit again. You'd probably have some pain and all the side effects you mentioned. We're not here to condone doing stuff like this. The best thing we can suggest is trying to get some help to feel better other ways.

The behavior you are particpating in is not safe, and I would not recommend you take anymore in this 24 hour period. I would recommend call Poison Control (1-800-222-1222) next time and get help. I know you lived, I know it's fine, but this can be very dangerous to your health and kidneys, and many other organs.
Another question, why are you taking them in such high quantities? If you are doing it for the feeling, I understand how self harm can feel good, but this is extremely dangerous for your health.
