Hey there.
I'm really sorry that your struggling right now. It's great you've come on here to ask us for help! Here is a link to a list of alternatives to self harm ... http://www.teenhelp.org/forums/f12-s...ves-self-harm/. Not everything will help you so it's all about trial an error and not giving up when you come across something which doesn't help. Also I find this really helpful. Buy some glow sticks and when you have an urge snap one so it glows. Then you're not allowed to hurt yourself until it stops glowing by which time the urges would have hopefully passed. Hey there,
I'm really sorry that things are hard for you at the moment but it is great that you want to find alternatives to SelfHarm. The alternatives that Jessie suggested are really good to try but as said not all may work for you, but hang in there and you will find one that does . Also things such as stress balls and similar are really useful and as you said you found the Butterfly Project, I found that really useful and you can name them if you like and if you feel that would help you.
