Take deep breaths telling yourself no I won't self harm on every exhale of breath. Write down how you are feeling. Also write down what you want to do to yourself and tare it up into tiny pieces.
If possible surround yourself with people, text or call a friend. Go and do some excersise. Listen to some happy music. Stay strong. 3 weeks is an amazing acheivement. Keep fighting I am here if you need Liz X "Casting all your anxiety upon Him, because He cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7

Hey Ella,
I'm sorry to hear you're struggling so much at the moment ![]() Well done on going through the night and going 3 weeks previously to this, that's a brilliant achievement. I know it's hard but I also know you CAN do this Liz has given you some good ideas. Other than that could you take yourself away from the place of your tools, that way if the urge does get too strong to resist, there's nothing you can do as you don't have anything to cut with? I really hope you can hold on as I wouldn't want to hear you've cut yourself deeper than last time and done yourself some serious damage! Many of us here care about you hun. Stay strong
