I've cut myself since I was in 7th grade, so it's been about 5 years now. I was in the hospital twice this year for attempted suicide, and I had to make a promise that I wouldn't cut myself again.
I still cut myself. I don't really see why I should stop. It makes me feel better. I love to see the blood and feel the pain. It makes me feel happy when I'm done. I just feel a lot better afterwards. I do it where nobody can see it so that they can't give me some lecture again. I've made that mistake before. But I don't understand why I can't do something that makes me happy. I haven't found anything else that helps me as much as cutting does. So, why should I stop? I know that I'm not supposed to do this and it's not right, but it makes me feel better. Sorry for rambling everyone. I just had to get this off my chest. Thank you:\ Why does it feel so wrong to reach for something more? To want to live a better life? What am I waiting for?

you should stop as son as possible because cuts on unseen areas can get infected just like cuts in other areas. and because of that, i think that its good if we start working on this problem so that you quit cutting. =) i rather you be someone happy without self harm, someone happy without hurting herself. Because i see a beautiful, wonderful girl in you and you deserve the extreme very best.
=) and feel free to ramble more. I think that one of the most important things to do when seeking advice is to rant out your whole situation. this way, we can help you more and more =D =D |
