I went the entire summer without injuring myself. I thought because I was getting more mature. No, because it was summer! It's so horrible already. I started pulling my hair last night when I was doing my homework. God it makes me mad. I want to rip my f**king skin off. Everything is a way to hurt myself. There's a sense of warmness after you hit yourself and I want to feel it again.

I feel exactly the same way. I find myself digging my nails into my skin in class sometimes because I can't handle it. Also, it's soooooo hard to resist cutting. I've only had 2 days of school so far, and I don't know if I can take any more...... :/

Hey there,

First of all, going all summer without Self Harming is brilliant, well done! When we get stressed we sometimes get times like this, when relapsing feels like the easiest thing to do, but it isn't. You CAN do this, talk a look at the alternatives, they will help you when you get urges. Remember not all of them may work for you but hang in there and you WILL find one that does.

If you ever want to talk feel free to PM me,
Take care and stay strong,
