im struggling..

my family irritates me..everything irritates me. i have seven cuts on my wrist..only breakage of skin..no blood. they should be gone in like two days. All because my mom yelled at me. everything just annoys me. I'm gonna try and just go to sleep. it's never been that bad..most per day i did was 2.

i can't stop crying either idk why i just keep crying..even before i fought with my mom today

thankss..i calmed down luckily..my brothers came upstairs so now i have to act "normal"
today just overall wasn't well..i have to keep myself from blowing up on people by like clenching my hand into a fist..im trying to just get by. It just helps for me to think I'm okay bc i dont bleed or scar when i SH so it makes me feel like I'm not to upset..i know it's crazy to do and stuff but at the same time the pain just makes me forget about the pain before. I like the feeling but i know its wrong...i will keep you in mind though

I hope you'll work things out, the same thing happened to me last week, i SH so bad that it was the first time it left scars... anyway, I know exactly what you're feeling, the physical pain distracts you from the emotional pain, however from my experience the pain isn't too bad after a night's sleep, PM me if you need to talk.

thank you and yeah my arm was stinging a little after that..little sore.

Like is self harming yourself something you need to get help on even if the cuts are just like breaking the skin a little with no blood or scars..like is it still considered a physiological problem?
