I've been cutting myself for a while now. The cuts are worse. They burn, they're red, and they're very noticeable. I'm so scared and I feel so alone. I want to talk to my friends about it but I feel like I'm worrying them and being a burden. I really want to talk to my school counselor about it, but I know she'd have to tell my parents and I would be so humiliated and they would probably send me to a hospital or something, and I just don't want that at all
 Please help, I don't know what to do

I agree with EIL. I completely understand how you feel. I know its hard to tell someone, but it will really help you in the end.
You could talk to the school counselor and tell her that you'll tell your parents. The counselor might help you with ways to tell your parents.Then you have to tell your parents.
