I'm sorry that she's not really talking to you anymore. Have you tried talking to her about the way she's been ignoring you and her friends? Maybe she doesn't realize it because her mind is on other things.
Have you heard of "The Butterfly Project"? Its when you draw a butterfly on your wrist when you have the urge to cut. You can't wash away the butterfly, or self harm, because if you do, it "dies". It helps me a lot when I have urges. |
