I have one bad problem

I am constantly headbutting things, I don't know why I just do it a lot, I catch myself doing it practically by habit. I don't know when I stared it all I know is that I keep doing it, I will literally bash my head against walls brick,concrete you name it, and walk away like it never happened. I sometimes am able to stop myself before it happens sometimes though too late. It's not like it hurts me, or I'm getting headaches a lot, or doing terrible in school via brain damage. I just don't like bashing my skull against everything that's either hard or shiny for reasons I don't even know. It's not when i was a kid I would headbutt stuff when I was angry, so I honestly don't know what to do or when this started. I have considered it to be stress related but sometimes I do it for no apparent reason without cause. Only once have I had to get multiple band-aids and such for bleeding from my head. I just worry that maybe next time I'll not stop myself and end up with a concussion.

Before you headbutt something just stop and think y am i doing this. try to slow things in your life down and look at your life and y u would hurt yourself and go from there PM me if u want to
