Depresson Leading to Cutting..

after therapy, and anti depressents. my ongoing depression keeps ruining everyday. I cut myself and it seems to help for a short while, how do i feel better and how can i stop self harming and be my old happy self again..?

It takes time to figure out what will work. Talking about it, just goofing off, finding fun activities to keep you busy. Don't give up hope, there is light at the end of the dark tunnel. <3
