don't understand why:(

I was switched from public school to virtual high school (not yet started due to paper work problems) because I was extremely stressed in school and was in pain (I have Spina Bifida) and so could not go to school most days. Well, after they got me out of school, I didn't cut for nearly 3 weeks. but today I left 6 cuts on my arm the most I've ever done. I just couldn't stop myself... my back hurts so bad, and I have other things in my life causing me stress, well, my back was hurting so bad that I was real close to having a panic attack. I am home alone right now as my mom has to work and brother has school.

hey i know how you feel i had a moment like that myself i cant tell you exacly why u did more but being under stress can make the situation worse but when i when on my little frenzy i when a little deeper than normal so more endorphin where released so i got more of a numb feeling and it can get very addictive so i really hope you find something that will push you 2 stop the best thing that helped me was being distracted like going out with friends reading a book doing a skool club etc and it really takes you mind off things so yeah sorry if this wasnt much help you can message me when ever you like i hope you find something that distracts you or makes you stop fighting selfharm is a big figh witch you can win it may take long for some and it may be easyer for outer but you can still beat it ill help you with anything you want ok just send me a message thans for reading hope you get better
