I'm really overwhelmed and just want to cut. I have sharps which is making this urge even harder to beat. I don't know what to do. I want to give in so bad.

The urges are from my mom's death, my rape, and i'm supposed to start therapy again soon and the mental health center is trying to stick me w/ a male when I requested a female. I just don't feel comfortable nor safe around men. I've tried working w/ men in the past and it has only made things worse. I feel like no one's listening to me. I know to most it seems petty but if they were in my shoes they'd understand. I'm so sick of no one listening to me...including my old therapists.
I mean what's the big deal about cutting? Why shouldn't I? I'm not hurting anyone but me and I deserve it. |

You Don't deserve it, none of what happened is your fault. It's not petty at all, because it matters to you, and therefore it matters to me, and I'll listen to everything you have on your mind!
I understand that you cut, because you feel like nobody listens, but if you ever feel like cutting, email me, or pm me on Teen help, and I'll listen, because I care about how you feel. How long ago was the rape? and How long ago did your mom pass away? Always here, Jimbo adviceline@london.com |
