Triggering: I wanna start it again...

I wanna start cutting again, or any form of self harm. My mom is really pissing me off and she blames me for everything. And, I never do anything right. I try to be perfect. It's just never enough..

Please help me.. I don't wanna mess up all the time I went without doing it. (2 months, 2 weeks, and 5 days...)

Well, first of all, well done on making it 2 months!

I know how you feel, my mum use to be the same with me but I tried to not let it get to me because I knew that I was doing my best and that is what matters. I know it can be hard if your mum is blaming you for everything but have you spoke to her about it? Explained that not everything is your fault and it isn't fair that she blames it all on you? Sometimes people don't realise what they're doing or how they're making people feel so if you speak to her about it, it could help her realise how she is making you feel and hopefully, she'll stop.

Just remember though, you're doing your best and that's all you can do. Stay strong and remember how far you've come, 2 months is a great achievement. I'm here if you need someone to talk to x

Well then, if you can't talk to her about it, my other option would be to just ignore her. I know it's easier said than done but you don't deserve being yelled at and blamed for everything, it isn't fair on you so just ignore it and try not to let it get to you.

I'm sorry for that . Since we cannot change things about your parents, you should call Childline. If she gets violent, that is abuse, and you can talk to your county's officials about that. If you don't want her arrested, try asking guidance from your school's counselor. If she doesn't allow you to go to the counselor, ask your teacher to give you time in school to find the counselor.

Hey 2 months is amazing and i know you can stay strong! It helps to talk to people like your friends or someone you trust to know what your going through.
