URGENT! I need to hide the scars -

Ok, I messed up big time today. I cut my arm badly, i dun usually cut visible areas, but i wasn't thinking. Anyway, I wear the school cardigan at school because some classrooms are freezing, so thats school sorted. But for extra curricular... i'm in the school team and i need to wear short sleeve stuff, how am I going to hard my scars? From experience scars with a compass only takes 4 days- a week to be barely noticeable. Today I had to skip netball because I was so scared people would find my scars, I don't want to miss it tomorrow too! Plus... I live in a boiling country so I don't really like wearing longsleeves except for school... plus, it'll be kinda weird. HELP! Oh... I don't wear make up so I don't have foundation.

i think you need to tell someone you have done this but i remember what its like...wear a bandage maybe but plz tell someone, a teacher, counsellor or your parents

I remember going through this I found some pretty creative ways to hide my scars.
Cocoa butter is supposed to help make scars fade. You could also try cover up on your arm or wearing arm warmers or a sweat band on your arm. You could also just use a band aid if it isnt too big and most people won`t ask. Hope this is helpful. I wont talk to you about stopping because I am sure you probably already know about that. Don't sweat the petty things and never pet the sweaty things
