I'd like to point you in the direction of this thread, which lists lots of alternatives to hurting yourself ![]() As for the triggers, try to keep yourself in a place where you can't self harm. When you feel like hurting yourself for whatever reason, make sure you are around a group of people, like friends or family. When you're with people who care about you, you can't hurt yourself.
