hi, well this is awks..
so basically, ive been self harming quite loads recently, think its because my heart just got broken. im failing school; currently been skipping classes by going into town at 5th period (after lunch), comfort eating, parents arguing with me, grounded atm, so i cut, smoke, cry & drink. so is there anyway's that i can try to stop self harm, because im doing that like i said loads & i smoke&drink hardly ever, so they dont matter, only sh.. so please comment below with some help?.. i kinda just self harmed & it cained like a fuck       much lovee;xxx |

Aimee, it's gonna be ok. you've come to the right place looking for help. You are young, and it always gets worse before it gets better. It's good that you wanna stop SHing, that's a start, and a very big step in the right direction. I hope you can overcome this struggle, I know you can.
