If you ever have the urge to self harm, you should check out www.projecttoe.com and click on "toe". You'll almost always be connected very quickly with someone who will help you with what your feeling. Its an amazing website, and I suggest it to anyone who self harms.

I actually decided to check this out, and I got some really good advice. those of you who are too shy/scared to try this, I really recommend you taking this into consideration to fight the urges of self harm/ get some advice. thank you for posting this! I'll definitely use it again if I feel like I need to.
