Hey everyone out there

my name is Rebecca I'm almost 14 and fought with cutting for 8 months. For a month I cut every day at least sometimes twice a day. My dad left my best friend turned on me I had no one until one day my frien who is like a brother to me called me and said he was giving me a week to tel my mom about my SH if I didn't he would tell her for me. I was breaking I didnt know how I could live without it. Here I am almost 2 months later SH free. So I just wanted to let you all know those feelings fade never go all the way away but they fade to almost nothing. And there is always a happy ending I'm so glad I'm done with it. Just remember stay strong and it will get better.

Im am getting better, was not doing good but im slowly getting better.

Listen its not worth doing. There are so many different better ways to control your emotions. I wish I never would have done it in the first place.

i self harmed from the 6th grade until the end of 7th. i'm in 8th now, and have been done with all of my crap for about half a year now.well, i still think about it, and sometimes i pick at my scars, but i'm still trying to hang on to being clean.

You have to remember not everyone who stops cutting is going to regret it at all. I was cut free for 4 years and I never regretted cutting or my scars on any one of those days. NI had no slip ups at all. I got out of the hospital and from then on was cut free but I have started again. And a lot of people cut because that is there only way of coping with things so just keep that in mind that although you were able to quit cutting some of us might not be able too.
