Rewarding myself when I have small victories. Three months self harm free and I rewarded myself with a cat. 6 months self harm free who knows what I'll do. When I go a year I want to get myself a Mac. But even little victories like beating a really bad urge I'll go see a movie I've been really wanting to see or something like that.

Thanks, Christabel! I'm glad it's inspiring I just took a look and the amount of people who have joined is going up! That made me feel a bit better  As of right now I'm messaging some friends and listening to music.

I've promised myself a tattoo once I manage 365 days without self harming.

My counselor was really happy with me going 33 days, so I'm trying to motivate myself to go even longer! Maybe I'll get to two months!
Also trying to get out more until school starts.
