I have urges right now but I'm holding out because I'm going to a friend's house and they would be disappointed if I cut. I'm also almost at a month and don't want to break before I hit that mark.

i was triggered to self harm but i found a way to get a similar feeling take a rubber band and put it on and snap it against your wrist it worked for me try it and see if if workds for u.

I use art, music, and lately, whenever I feel upset, I make paper origami lucky stars until I'm not upset anymore. I have 42 so far And if I get up to a thousand, I'm going to wish on them, just like the story. Working towards that one wish, even if it may not really work, makes it all worth it to me.

I promised on my best friend's life I wouldn't self harm in any way, I know she wouldn't talk to me again if I did, and I've managed so well since then, not one cut, and our friendship's stronger than ever

I just keep reminding myself that I wan't to look good for my wedding next summer. Also setting goals like 100 days or 200 days really helps.
