I talk to my best friend, about anything, talking to her just calms me down. Because I'm able to dotbhat I've gone nearly 3 days without cutting

Writing and writing and writing and not moving from my spot until I'm so tired I don't even have the strength to SH anymore or the night has passed and I have to go to class.

The last time I wanted to self harm, I started a new art project. Focusing on drawing takes away the anger for me.
