Hey there Elise.

Trust me, I know how hard this can be, I've been through it several times. But eventually I learned to look at it this way: If you get to be a year, two years, three years free, then what does one little bump in the road matter if overall you've got there?
Point is, you made it to 4 months which is an amazing achievement! You should be really proud of yourself for that. And if you've managed it once, you'll do it again. If giving this up is what you really want, then you'll get there, even if it does mean a few little bumps along the way.
PM me if you ever want to talk, kay?

Take care.
Louise.

Hi there

I want to start by telling you how incredible it is that you went four whole months with out self harming. That is such a brilliant achievement and it's something to be proud of!

Recovery from self harm isn't about stopping and never having urges or hurting yourself again. Recovery is hard. And there are going to be times when you really want to hurt yourself. And like you now know, there may well be times when you do hurt yourself. But it's not about relapsing, it's about picking yourself back up from it. You went four whole months and that's honestly amazing. Don't let this slip up, hold you back. Take a deep breathe and start over because you can beat this.

I don't know what's going on for you or if anything made you feel so low that you have been having these urges again, but I want you to know that if there is anything bothering you, then you are more than welcome to talk to us about it or to shoot me a PM. You can beat this so keep fighting. You will get there,

Look after yourself,
Jessie

Hey there,

Like the above have said, the amount of time you put cutting off, is incredible. I know how hard it can be to do that. So you should be super proud of yourself! Slip-ups happen. And it can be a real downer, because us as humans, want to be able to brave it all and be perfect. But Rome wasn't built in a day. And I'm sure they messed up on Rome a few times. The point is, you can get through this. Don't let this one tiny slip up get in the way of your recovery. Recovery was never said to be easy, but you're doing really good! You just have to jump back on that horse and try again. That's all you can do, right? Just know that we're here for you. And you're more than welcome to lean on us. If you need anything, just PM me.

Take care <3
