Exersise? - May 17th 2012, 08:51 PM

So I have some sort of disorder that makes me a Hypoglycemic. It also gives me migraines (the complicated kind) that I get basically every day. I have to eat every three hours because then my sugar drops too low and I'm on the way to the hospital. I have difficulty doing exersises because it makes me nauseous and triggers my migraines. If I try eating less or skipping meals then hours later I'll get a migraine and nausea. My migraines resemble strokes, so this isn't a "oh just take some Advil" migraine because it usually help. My problem is that I want to get into better shape and I'm scared of accidentily over doing it and I get sick. I don't do sports and I know all the "popular" sports like futbol is hard for me to do. What sports (exersises) do you guys do? I'm just trying to stay healthy any way I can.
This is a really dumb post. Sorry....not used to this.

Hey, with all the complications that you are facing it might be wise to consult a health professional to determine what activities you can or can't do.

I agree, consult with a physician before doing anything. But some low-stress physical activities like casual swimming or yoga might be something to look in to.
