I know someone who stutters and it has affected their confidence and they feel self-conscious about their stutter a lot.

I find it really interesting about the hearing aid device to give the impression of speaking in union!

I have a family member who used to stutter. I remember they struggled so much with it. It affected their confidence too. I am not sure why their stuttering stopped. I think they did get some help with speech therapists so that might have been a big reason as to why they were able to improve. I think they still struggle with confidence though.

I struggle as it is to understand people given my auditory disability. I have a neighbor who stutters and does not speak clearly (partially due to the stutter) and I cannot understand a single word he says.

I definitely think it's a great idea for you to bring the article back.

Someone can stutter when they’re young, but grow out of it also. I know this to be true from someone I went to school with before he moved. Ran into him just not too long ago, not even a hint of a stutter! I might ask him about it if I think of a way to not sound offensive.
