dont know what to do... -

everyday alot of things are so hard....it just feels like im gonna exsplode. i dont know what to do. sometimes i just cant stop doing things. sometimes i just cant stop thinking about things...it got a little better...but its getting worse again.

I know exactly how that is, and it's really hard excpecially if the things you can't stop thinking about are things you wish you could just forget. I actually had to go to a counclor to get them to stop so thats what you might have to do
