EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) -

So one of my best friends is legally blind (from a hereditary disease) and today he found a new breakthrough in a study for EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). He's going to start trying some because it is said that it could help improve his vision. I'm excited for him. I just thought I'd post about it because it was just released today and if anyone is interested in looking up information on it for anyone they know or even themselves they should do so. It doesn't involve needles and you don't need a doctor to do it. That's pretty much it

Hi Myla!
Yes, EFT is something really great. My mum uses it a lot. I actually know a person who has been wearing glasses for 37 years of her life, her power so high, she couldn't see without her glasses. But after using EFT, she doesn't use her glasses anymore. It was almost as it was magic.
