I know some. I'm teaching myself as well.
I can finger-spell at a pretty good speed, and I'm very accurate with it. As for actual signs, I know enough to carry on a basic conversation. I also know a lot of abstract signs that I haven't been able to work into an actual conversation yet. |

I don't know ASL but I know BSL.
Learning sign language is VERY useful! I'd recommend it to everyone x

No, and I would have trouble with it any way as my own disability makes me have poor motor skills, but it is great for people who do know it.

I don't know any american sign language. But I do know some British children's sign language. (makaton)

My mom got be a book for christmas, and I just started learning. I know how to say, "Breakfast, please!" "Yes," "cow," and "F you!" haha, my sister and I have a lot of fun with it

I don't know ASL.
I went to a primary school which had a HIarc, for hearing impaired children, and two of my best friends were hard of hearing, so I learnt quite a bit of BSL. Unfortunately I don't know much anymore because I don't see either of those friends very much any more, and although I still have one hard of hearing friend, she has very good speech and doesn't use BSL much. I also know a bit of Makaton, because I watch Something Special with my little sister.

I wish I did - I would love to learn. My friend is pretty fluent, so I know how to sign a bunch of random phrases and words. How does one go about learning it, anyways?

One of my only guy friends is deaf(We always jokingly say that he doesn't count as a guy though, because we treat him the same as if he were a girl
 ) and while I knew a tiny bit before I met him, I know a whole bunch now. It's super fun, especially when a teacher tells you not to talk, you can still talk to your friends in class. So yeah, my friends and I are all pretty fluent, with varying degrees of knowledge.

Well I was in second grade with hard of hearing children haha. I also have taken a couple classes on it in the past. So yeah, I know some things
