Hi, i'm Gemma aged 19yrs old. I live in the UK.
I am a college student, on my 3rd year, and I struggle with my anger, I am diagnosed with Austism. I find it hard to control my anger in different situations, I will either be very upset and just want to run and cry, lash out or just be very very angry. I struggle with concentration in class, often get told off for messing around, or not doing much work. I am on a behavioural action plan which I have a diary between me, home life and college. Both myself, parents and teachers will comment in this book to monitor my behaviour. Sometimes it makes me feel as if I am about 3 years old, but since leaving school which I hardly attended I was on report than daily and I found it helped lots because I could look back at the good days I had rather than the bad all the time. I just wondered if anyone else has anger issues, walks out of class a lot? just flips out completely, would be great to hear if anyone could help/support me through my journey of getting my anger under control and becoming a better all around person both in myself and at college! Thank-you! Gemma x Signed Gemma..x Feel free to PM me at anypoint ![]() |

Gemma, the diary that you're keeping sounds like a great solution to help you get your anger under control. I'm glad you're looking at it in a positive way -- being able to look back at the good, instead of the bad. I won't say I have anger issues, but I definitely have a temper. So, if you think I could help you in any way, feel free to message me. I'll definitely be here to listen, if you ever need it.

Hi Gemma,
I agree, the diary thing sounds like a great plan. I used to have anger problems, that for sure, and I overcame them. So if you need anyone to talk to about them, feel free to send me a PM. (: |

It's really good that you acknowledge your problems and I think your diary is a great idea. Perhaps get some books to read about anger management and if you feel comfortable try talking to someone about it. I'm sure you'll sort this all out
You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection
