You learn at a certain pace. Then that pace goes away. Then

you try and try to do everything you can. Then it gets harder.

Then you give up. Then its all over.

I can't help you with all those. But I'll give it my best shot.
Nail biting - tell a friend that you have a habit if biting your nails and if she ever sees you doing it to stop you. I told a friend that and whenever he pointed it out I would get all embarrassed and stop. And now I stopped for good
Picking at scabs - same thing as nail biting.
Internet - nobody can help you with that. It's just a huge black hole. Haha kidding. Set a timer for yourself before you start surfing the web and when it goes off you have
To force yourself away. Or tell your parents to get you off the computer after a certain amount of time.
Texting - I'm a textaholic also. Everybody keeps tellig me to just leave
My phone at home more often so I haven't tried that yet but you should.
Attention - ill leave that for a fellow female to deal with. :P

Hope this all helps!

Have you tried that foul tasting nail varnish ? You put it on your nails so that when you go to bite them you get a really horrid taste , it's supposed to stop you biting your nails. I think its called ' nibble no more' It's clear too so nobody would actually know that you've got any nail varnish on.

Sometimes when we get addicted to more than one thing, all the addictions stem from the same problem, aside from following the advice from both posters above, try to figure out why you're doing these things. What are you getting out of them?
