Do you have like a regular(ish) schedule as to when you get a soda? If you sort of do, replace one of the times with water and go with that for a while, then slowly start becoming more dependent on water.
This is what I did when I used to drink ungodly amounts of coke as a kid, but it wasn't quite an addiction so I'm not sure it will work, but I don't see why it shouldn't.

Water is also available in different flavors not just plain water.. which also helps people drink more water..

It'd also help if you asked your parents to stop buying soda, or at least to buy less so that it isn't so easy to just get up and grab it whenever you want.

Also, if water is too boring for you, like Zack said, you can try flavored water. What I personally do is drink tea sweetened with Stevia, which is a natural plant extract sweetener. Granted if you over due tea, the caffeine can cause you problems, but as an alternative to soda, I'd say it's a good idea.

I would assume the caffeine in the soda is the thing you are "addicted" too. Try other drinks with caffeine in them and slowly wean yourself off fizzy drinks. For example, coke -> coffee -> tea. Either that or you could chew caffeine gum or other substitutes.

Instead of soda (like coke) try an all natural fizzie fruit drink! After a while of fruit fizzies, you can start going to carbonated flavored water, and from there to water =]

definitely think about replacing the fizzy crap with something bette,r it doesn't have to be plain old water, it can be a tonne of other nice stuff, like flavored water or teas. you can get some really nice herbal teas, not only do they taste nice but they're even GOOD for you too. don't just try a couple and find you don't like non fizzy stuff, try lots of things!
