Well, this is embaressing...I'm addicted to something that is so against my religion...I just want to know how to get over it...I've asked God so many times, and I know it's on me too...and I'm trying...but it's hard! Please help!

Hey, Gloria.

What exactly is it that you're addicted to, if you don't mind me asking? I guess, that aside.. the best way to get over an addiction would be to get professional help. If it's a drug or a form of SH, you should get professional help. If it's not bad for you, but you still want to be over it.. you should stop thinking about it. Find something else to do when your mind begins to stray. Keeping yourself busy will take your mind off your addiction and thus distract you. It'll be hard, but it's the best I can think up at the moment. It would help if I knew your addiction?
