i cant stop eating im scared that i can die when day of eating too much i want to loose weight but i cant i weight [edited by Lou] pounds i cant stop thinking bout food ..food is my main priority i neeed to stop but i cant helpp me pleaseeee

Hey! Don't panic.
First off, sometimes we have cravings because our body *needs* certain types of food. Sometimes I won't be eating enough vegetables (even though I'm a vegetarian... that's what being a student living on instant noodles does for you) and my body will suddenly crave that. Sometimes it just craves *any* food, sometimes it's stuff like chocolate for a particular reason (I have low sugar levels, and sometimes I need a really quick fix). As long as you keep eating healthy, you should be fine. If you just need to feel like you're eating something (that happens a lot to a lot of people. I get it when I'm watching TV!) then cut some vegetables (celery works well, but try to find a substitute if you don't like celery) and keep them in ziploc bags so you can munch on them like snacks when you're feeling like you're craving food. Unsalted, unbuttered popcorn also works. If this persists, talk to your doctor.

Starting a food diary always helps. And when you get the urge to eat, try something else. Having a bath tends to be my fallback idea. Good luck
