This does seem a little bit much. Think, do you need all of these people?
Despite the fact that this is a lot, its quite a harmless 'addiction'. If this helps you with whatever you need it for, then that's fine. If the world is a cold place Make it your business to start some fires Formerly *Rainbow*Love* ![]() |

Hey Rhiannon,
It does seem like you speak to quite a few people. If you need the support and you feel like it is making a positive impact on your life then I don't think there is anything wrong with this. There are lots of people who don't get the help that they need so it's good that you get the help you feel you need. If it makes you feel happier than you would do otherwise then it can be doing a lot more good than harm. Have you thought about speaking to your boyfriend about some of the things you speak to these workers and counsellors about, that's if you feel comfortable enough. Then maybe this would help your boyfriend to get in your head a little bit more and understand why you feel you need to speak to all these people and get all of this support. Good luck, Paige xox |
