I keep pulling my hair out, a messing with it, putting it around my fingers.
When im angry/upset/nervous/anxious i kinda 'chew' the sides of my mouth, leaving lumps I self harm, i constently pick at them when their scabbing over I crack my fingers/knuckles I sometimes bite my lip, if theres a bit of skin hanging off.ew Yeah well least i told someone... Habits are OK, as long as they aren't harming you.
Do you really want to cut yourself? Have you ever tried rubbing your index finger very lightly upon the hairs of your top lip? OK, hear me out on this one, just try it now, feels very weird and hypnotising if you do it backwards. Just find things to do like that, or it could be rubbing your arms ,etc, if you feel the urge. Do you like chewing gum? Or, if you're like me, you might prefer a chewit sweet or a straw...something, anythign, to stop yourself from chewing your mouth.
