It sounds kind of like you might have developed a bit of an OCD about a few things. I think it would be a good idea to talk with a psychologist/psychiatrist about some of the habits you have developed. There could be a lot of different reasons behind them and they'll be able to help you find ways to control it.
As for things you can do on your own, it's kind of just a mind over matter sort of thing. Do you think if you have someone telling you to stop that would help? If so, you can talk to the people who are around you most and ask them to help you work through stopping these habits. Good luck!
