I'm addicted to the internet

Every second I get the chance, I get onto the computer. I'm failing most of my classes, and I know its my fault. I have a hard time pulling myself away for longer then an hour, even when I know I need to go to sleep.

How can I stay off?

im also addicted to the internet, most days i will spend from the moment i wake up to the moment i go to bed im online, i asked my tutor at college, if i could do all my work on paper instead of on the computer as i know if i go on the computer i will end up on facebook. if you ask your teacher/tutor this and explain why they will usually be understanding and will be more likely to say yes to you because you have been honest with them about the fact that if you go on a computer you will end up on facebook and such like rather than doing your work.
