Female Advice Preferred: A girl addicted to porn

So, I've been addicted to watching porn for quite a while now. I haven't told anyone. A couple of my friends know that I've seen porn, but not that I'm addicted to it and to masturbating.
This disgusts myself. I never thought I would ever do this. I'm a Christian and I know it's a sin to lust after something. But, I just can't stop. Whenever I get that feeling I can never just say "no." I've been able to ignore for a few hours but then it just takes control. I don't know how to stop.
I know other girls have posted about this and people have said it's normal. But I just feel like it's not what God intended for sex to be like.
I'd really appreciate some advice on how to stop. I can't handle doing this anymore, it's driving me crazy and only makes me more depressed than I was before I did it.

I wish I could help you, My freind is going through the that, and I know it's hard. I know she has very restircted internet acess at home to help her, and when ever she falls into the temptation she gets her I phone taken away. Pherhaps u could go into some sort of self discipline to stop. And always pray!! Pray your heart out for god to help you to stop, pray until u can't pray anymore. It doesn't hvae to be just yuo and god, if you want you can probably get a parent to set up internet filters, that might help. I hope you can break your addiction!!! <>< You'll be in my prayers!

I cant stand when people say its normal. Watching porn and having that considered normal for teens just shows this world is weak-minded.
I used to be addicted to porn, but I eventually stopped because I very nearly destroyed my computer. I still cant stop masturbating, and I recently stopped trying because I get too deep in depression when I stop, plus I get wet dreams (which are actually very fun). A trick to stopping the urge to masturbate is going pee when you want to do it, and snapping a rubber band on my wrist to distract myself. Your a girl though, so the peeing concept might not work, because obviously, it wont put down a boner if you dont have a penis.
I eventually started getting bored of porn. the same tricks applied for that too, plus I would do pushups till I literally dropped.
