Could this have been triggered by the same kind of hatred towards you? Often if someone is victim of this kind of thing, it rubs off on them and they mirror what is being done to them. If this is the case, try speaking to someone about it. See if you can try and alter the way you think. It's not nice to be mean to people, and I think you know this.

Also, try thinking twice before you say things. Think about if it could be hurtful towards someone. If you think it is, try and put it in an alternate way, and make it sounds nicer. Try complimenting people instead of insulting them. Lift there spirits, and then find a way to link that back and life your own. Remember, if you're nice to people, they will be nice back. You obviously care, or else you wouldn't have posted this, so it's not hatred at all, just perhaps stress overflowing.

Whatever happens, stay happy.

Some people can be cruel without thinking twice or be cruel for pleasure but you seem to be neither of those. Some people on this forum can be cruel to others without caring one bit or finding the results funny, such as myself. Some of these people can have addictions to aggression and violence, so I'm thinking you're being unkind to others because it gives you a social status power boost, which feels good so you keep doing it. I assume it's harming your social relationships so you want to change your behaviour. In that case, it's not an addiction, it belongs under the mental health forum or friends & family forum.

I can rip you off, and steal all your cash, suckerpunch you in the face, stand back and laugh. Leave you stranded as fast as a heart-attack.
