Annoying and embarrassing problem -

When ever I have a scab or something I always have to pick at it. I know it's a disgusting habit, and I stopped for a little bit, but a couple of weeks ago I started again.
I think that it's a stress problem, because that's around the time my parents announced their divorce and my best friend and I stopped talking. Does anyone know how I can try to stop this?  People help the people, And if you're homesick, give me your hand and I'll hold it. |

Ahhh, the annoying scab picking habit. My boyfriend has the same problem.
Put a bandaid over the scab with some neosporin to help it heal faster. When you go to scratch, you won't be able to do because the bandaid is there. I agree with Shannon. Put something over it so you don't pick it. Also, when you get the urge to pick, try doing something else.
