i feel more comfortable if i hide. everything.
my emotions, my opinions, my pain, my life, my past.
when i tell anyone about anything in life, i just break down and want to cry. when i see there face i feel like a bad person. like ive been judged or something. like they wont think of me the same.
even if its good stuff.
im not sure why i do this.

Hey there, it sounds as though you get anxiety when you try telling someone about your life because you're afraid of being judged. You're not alone. Actually, I've done the same exact thing. However, I've gotten over it quite a bit in the past year or so. My psychologist told me the method to getting over an anxious situation is to simply face it. So, my advice is to keep talking. Start with someone who you REALLY trust and keep making friends and let them know who you are. It'll get easier in time. You will learn how to love yourself and who you are and other people will love you too, I'm sure. I hope I helped. x

That is okay to feel. I have felt that numerous times in my life. You just feel like you won't be judged and if you don't tell anybody then everythiing should be better. I would try to open up though because it does help to talk about things.

"My great hope is to laugh as much as I cry; to get my work done and try to love somebody and have the courage to accept the love in return. "
