Check in with all of my clients. See how their Christmas went. Set them some goals for this week, and some exercise plans as well. Plus remember to do my weekly weigh-in tomorrow and see how much I may have over-indulged over the Christmas week.

Ideally I'd like to find out who stole our cycle saddles. Not much been happening otherwise. Had a lovely lie in! Revised for 4 hours, fixed on another saddle, a Brooks leather job and enjoyed a good ride around town. And down some steps!
