I forgot to put this here yesterday, so I'll do it now;
I nearly hurt myself really badly in a horrible way, but I fought the urge. This is the worst it's been in that regard and I didn't do it. I resisted.

I went into a store with my mum even though I struggle being in public places.
I made the decision to start putting in more effort in my life.
