Smile Curves: M.I.A. - June 10th 2009, 04:36 AM

I have a goal... (badadadum)

I'm going to get healthy. It's a goal I've made before and one I've lacked motivation with. That's my problem... I'll make a goal "in the moment" and the willpower to achieve it dies out fairly quick.

At least where my health is concerned. I'm a damn large velumpscious woman. Curves I can handle, hidden curves I know I have but haven't seen in awhile... eh, not so much.

BUT... Now I am determined to get my ass moving and get my life on track. It only took a month of consideration, two cartons of icecream, and a betraying-scale to open my eyes. Whoo. Go figure... ... literally.

I've made a lot of changes in my life this year... A definite plus: I've become more confident. And, as advertisement-y and cliche as this sounds, I'm confident I am going to stick with the plan and come back a new woman.

Love is the immortal flow of energy that nourishes, extends, and preserves. It's eternal goal is life.

I think that is great. I should exercise too. I'm pretty skinny though but I am not in shape.

I'm really glad you are going to try and get healthy Karina (:

It's something that's on my list of things to do but I never seem to be able to get motivated enough to properly sort out my lifestyle (I blame ben and jerrys )

Good luck achieving your goal, I'm glad you've found the conviction to truly make a change to your lifestyle

PM me any time

you should do something fun for exercise,
like take up a sport or play DDR or something
that way you'll be more motivated to do it
and if you're on a term you have to stick with it too
