My Special goal, What do you think?
Ok, so, when Im older I have a goal. If I manage to stop self harming, I am going to get a small tattoo of a heart on my wrist. Not on the top of it, underneath it. I suppose it might sound daft or cheesy but I really want this and it would really mean something to me. What do you think?

I think that setting goals for yourself is a great thing, especially when you're currently battling with self-harm. You seem to really like the idea and that's all that matters. Just a word of warning: The underside of your wrist is very delicate and when you get the tattoo, be very careful. It may be best to go to a really reputable place because you don't want any mistakes made when you're getting the tattoo in such a fragile place.

Awww Jen, I think that is a lovely idea and goal! And it's not "If I can manage" it's "When you stop!" I know you can quit, you just have to believe in yourself and try you hardest :)

That sounds like a great idea Jen! I agree with Amy that you can stop. Believe in yourself Jen because other people do believe in you! :-)
