Weight Loss Goal (Help me organize?)

I want to lose weight. I am tired of being tired, and big.

I will use this thread to keep logs of progress and things. I will be updating daily and sometimes hourly.

Before I begin, is there anyone that can help me organize?

My situation:
My house really has no healthy foods, and my parents are always cooking fatty things, and buying fatty things. I don't wanna be mean and say no, so I just eat it. Every time I say "buy healthy things" they always put it off. Also I have nowhere to really run, but I have my yard and my neighbors yard. It just feels awkward when I try to excersise, like people are watching me, saying "haha look at fatass!"

So before I begin, can someone help me out? Thanks!!

I think it might be best if you and your family went to anutritionist. While the focus might be finding a meal plan for you, your family can be there to support you and they can see how they can support you.
It isn't mean when you refuse the food. You might want to say something before they start cooking such as, “Don’t worry about making me any, I'm going to stick to my meal plan."
As for buying healthy things, try to make a trip to the store with them. Also, you might want to try and be more specific than healthy things. 'Healthy things' varies from person to person. I think healthy things are fruits, veggies, water, and whole wheat bread. My mom thinks healthy things are completely different.
As for exercising, I found it awkward too. Check around town and see if you can find (I'm really sorry, but I'm assuming your female :) ) an all female gym, such as lady fitness. Everyone there is a woman so I felt more comfortable and less judged.

I hope that you make and reach a healthy goal.
Remember not to post weights on the forums. :)
PM me if you need anything!

Sorry. It was bad of me to assume.
Running isn't the only form of exercise. I started swimming because I hated running because it was so sweaty. Swimming is a wonderful form of exercise. It works both your legs and arms and no one can tell if you are sweaty. While it may seem like you are bigger than others, just focus on being healthy. Swimming is great because you are competing against yourself and you can see your personal improvements. You are making a step in the right direction. There are lots of sports out there if you aren’t interested in swimming. Check a local gym or city center for sports or an exercise class. Once school starts again, look into the different PE classes they have to offer. At my school, they have different PE classes for different goals.
