But I'm just wondering does anybody else feel like money seems to get in the way of a lot of things. I really wish it wasnt this way

In terms of reaching goals and ambitions, I definitely do feel like money can sometimes be a huge factor! I guess, though, that there's two ways to combat that. 1) Make sure you're setting fairly realistic goals for yourself (that are still reaches, of course). 2) Always look for another way to achieve something. For any goal, there's usually two to three different paths to take to get there, but sometimes you just have to think outside the box!

What are you trying to achieve, exactly? Perhaps we could help you brainstorm for some alternative ways to get there!

Money is usually the one thing that puts you off. Firstly, from my own experiences, it is possible to raise enough money to do all these wonderful things like travelling, extreme sports, anything you set your mind to. It's dependant on what you want to do. There's lots of ways around it depending on how much time you set to a single ambition/goal. The longer you're willing to spend working towards it, the more money you're likely to get. Of course, I may have got completely the wrong end of the stick.
As Katrina said, what is it you're trying to achieve?

I'm gonna side with Rie and Katrina on this... there's usually a way around most of these things
For example, I've wanted to do a filmed parachute jump for AGGESSSS but I couldn't afford a proper one, so I looked into it and if you do it for charity then you get a discounted price and the charity I chose actually said they'd cover the cost (so I'm jumping on the 6th of Feb )
Does that make sense? But like the other girlies said... what was it you were thinking of?

Well that really depends on the goal you’ve set for yourself. Because often times people find ways to blame their failures on lack of money or other things but the truth is money only makes things easier.

Take working out for example – some people refuse to workout unless they can go to a fully loaded gym when in fact you can work out at home, is it as covenant no – doable yes.

I know that’s not the best example but I think I got my point across, like I said though it really depends on the goal your trying to achieve.

Cheers!

Yeah money is a obstical for a lot of goals/ambitions. As said there are sometimes ways around this, sometimes not and if not there really isn't a great deal you can do about it unless you're able to save up a lot of money.

For example I would love to go to Australia travelling, but just can't afford it - no two ways about it.
